Serving suggestions:
Simply heat in a toaster oven or conventional oven, top with a pinch of flaky salt. Cheese Arepas are great with salsa and sambals.
Each package contains 4 large (5.5-inch diameter) Arepas. Package Weight: 16 oz.

Personal Pizza Arepa
Time: 15 minutes2 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Delicias Andinas Arepas de Queso
- 1 tomato peeled and diced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Marinara sauce
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh basil leaves
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. Brush 2 Arepas de Queso with olive oil.
- 3. Top with Marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, oregano and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 4. Place in oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 5. Serve immediately garnished with fresh basil leaves.
