Sweet Corn Arepa Pancakes
Enjoy a deliciously different, naturally gluten-free, quick breakfast. Toasted sweet corn Arepas are fantastic with a dab of butter and topped with maple syrup, jam or fresh fruit.
- 1 Delicias Andinas Arepa de Choclo
- 2 oz of maple syrup
- 1 oz of butter or margarine
- Jam or fresh fruit
- Toast the Arepa de Choclo until crispy, add a pat of butter and pour over warm maple syrup. Or top with jam or fresh fruit.
