Sweet Corn Arepa Pancakes

Enjoy a deliciously different, naturally gluten-free, quick breakfast. Toasted sweet corn Arepas are fantastic with a dab of butter and topped with maple syrup, jam or fresh fruit.
Ingredients
  • 1 Delicias Andinas Arepa de Choclo
  • 2 oz of maple syrup
  • 1 oz of butter or margarine
  • Jam or fresh fruit
Directions
    1. Toast the Arepa de Choclo until crispy, add a pat of butter and pour over warm maple syrup. Or top with jam or fresh fruit.
