Shipping methods and deadlines
Ground Shipping All orders placed by 11:00 am EST can be processed the same business day, all other orders will be processed the following business day and ship that same day. UPS Ground shipping delivery dates can't be guaranteed, only estimated. Depending on the day of the week you place your order, you can usually expect the following:
2nd Day Delivery All orders placed by 11:00 am EST can be processed the same business day, all other orders will be processed the following business day and shipped UPS 2nd Day, (allow 2 business days from that date). For example,
We cannot ship outside of the continental US (we cannot ship to Hawaii or Puerto Rico)
ArepasOnline.com ships all of our packages via UPS from our facility in Queens, NY. Please note: UPS Ground shipping delivery dates can't be guaranteed by us. UPS cannot not ship to P.O boxes, APO's or FPO's as UPS requires a numerical street address for all deliveries. UPS delivers on Monday through Friday. We cannot arrange for a Saturday delivery. UPS delivers from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM. UPS will normally require a signature. If there is no one there to accept the package, UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to ArepasOnline.com. UPS will leave a note on the door following each delivery attempt. Please be sure to include the apartment number if you are sending to an apartment building. Business addresses do require a signature, but not necessarily from the recipient whose name is on the box. Anyone in the building is able to sign for the package. Please be sure to include the company name and floor/suite number if you are sending to an office building. Once your package has shipped out, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions on how to track your package. ArepasOnline.com cannot guarantee delivery at a requested time as UPS is an independent company with its own policies. We are closed on national Holidays. Orders received on holidays and weekends will be processed on the following business day. Receiving Package Please check your package for content. Any problems please contact us with your invoice.
